“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phillipines 4:13,
‘Activity matters. It grounds us, makes us happy and helps us to be fully integrated.’ (M. Myatt, 2018)
Physical Education is a vital part of school life and is likely to lay strong foundations for a child’s future well-being and continued participation in sport and exercise. Therefore, we provide a balanced, broad and inclusive curriculum that ensures all children will benefit. As well as learning, practising and putting fundamental skills into play and games, children understand the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle as well as having regular opportunities to experience fair play, team work, empathy for others, challenge and leadership. Our curriculum is supplemented by a variety of resources, including ‘Real P.E’. We strive to ensure that children get at least two hours of curriculum time per week.
