Medical Consent

Most pupils will at some time, have a medical condition that may affect their participation in school activities and, for many, this will be short-term. If your child has medicines to be taken over a longer period of time, with your permission through completing a permission form which must be signed (download from below). Our office staff, who are all qualified First Aiders, can administer the mediation during the school day. 

Change of Address

It is very important that your child’s contact information is kept up to date especially telephone contacts.  We require a minimum of TWO contact names and telephone numbers in case of emergencies.  If your circumstances change please complete the Update Contact Information form below and return it to the School Office.

School Uniform

Our school has a very smart school uniform of which we are proud.  The school uniform creates a sense of belonging and gives our school a clear identity in the community plus giving the children a sense of pride.  This pride helps to raise standards.  The staff and governors of the school believe that wearing a uniform helps to raise both standards in academic work and in behaviour.

We thank parents and carers for your support in making sure your children are dressed in line with our uniform dress code. 

Our chosen uniform supplier is Price and Buckland for all embroidered items; sweatshirts, cardigans, polo shirts, showerproof jackets and book bags.  All other items are available in most high street stores.  Please follow this link to our uniform supplier enabling you to order on-line.
